1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Items not eligible for return include:
- Products damaged due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or improper use.
- Customized, made-to-order, or clearance/sale items.
2. Return Process

- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with instructions.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivered.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
